ACS Implementor - Jonesboro POS# 185 CP2

Assist with male client with disability in the home and community.  Must be reliable.  High School diploma or GED preferred and transportation required.



Every other Saturday - 8am - 6pm

Sunday - 12pm - 6pm

Job Requirements

Maintain required reporting procedures, records and data according to
the Individual Habilitation Plan and request of the ACS Coordinator;
Participate in program planning and implementation
of the Individual habilitation Plan; Provide functional community
integration and positive programming with no-aversive techniques;
Accompany the person into the community to engage in consumer and
recreational activities which may not be accessible for all individual;
Provide problem-solving, support, companionship, guidance and assistance
in activities of daily living; provide instruction, monitoring,
prompting and scheduling of daily activities and routines; Works well
under pressure meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines and at
all times demonstrated cooperative behavior with colleagues and
supervisors. Reside in the same community as the disabled person; Posses
or be able to pass 1st Aid and CPR training, and able to obtain TB
test; Have a valid ARKANSAS driver's license, good driving record, proof
of insurance and reliable transportation for transporting consumer if
necessary; and Other duties and training as required.
