The Computer Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Arkansas State University (A-State) seeks an organized, detail-oriented Electronic Recruitment Coordinator. The primary duty of the ERC is to support recruitment efforts by executing communication plans, creating social media content, coordinating text and call campaigns, auditing the admissions website and performing strategic student outreach. This individual must have strong communication and technology skills and have some experience with writing, marketing, communications, public relations or a related field. The ERC may also be called on to represent A-State by interacting with high school students, college transfers, military veterans, and other adults, and connecting them with the right programs and resources to help them get the most out of the college experience at A-State.
The successful applicant must be detail-oriented and have experience creating internal and external communications.
The Residence Life Coordinator is a full-time, 12-month, live-in position and serves as one of the eight hall directors on the Residence Life team. The position is responsible for the overall management of a residence hall(s) in a large housing operation. Residence Life Coordinators will be responsible for the facilitation of student development through individual student interactions, building residence hall community, and implementing innovative programs and services that promote co-curricular engagement. Residence Life Coordinators supervise in-hall student staff members in multiple capacities.

The Student Conduct Coordinator manages day to day student conduct cases and adjudicates cases in a fair and consistent manner. The Student Conduct Coordinator is responsible for facilitating dialogue that helps students reflect on their past behaviors and build skills to help them be successful in the future. This position manages on and off campus cases in accordance with the Standards of Student Conduct. The Student Conduct Coordinator will also co-advise the Student Conduct Board, serve as a liaison to campus partners, and assist with training and outreach efforts. They will also perform critical administrative functions. This position reports to the Director of Student Conduct.
