Payment Services Operational Manager

Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. (CUSI), a national leader in CIS Utility Billing, Accounting and Operational software and services, is currently seeking a Payment Services Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations supporting CUSI payment solutions including credit card, e-check, IVR, and KIOSK services.
Client Management
 Perform customer service support duties as required 
 Develop and manage customer base adoption rate programs
 Perform customer wellness checks

Boarding Process Management
 Manage payment services third party boarding processes 
 Maintain master payment services operational client database

Third Party Partner Management
 Develop and cultivate third party vender relationships
 Assist in on-going development of payment services documentation

Payment Services Book Management
 Manage monthly customer base performance analysis, tracking and reporting
 Monitor third party partner performance
 Audit customer and third party partner activity and performance  

Job Requirements

Required skills shall include:
 Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities
 Building and maintaining successful customer relationships
 Exceptionally strong interpersonal and analytical skills
 Proven sales organization and process management
 Ability to effectively present CUSI product and services
 Strong command of CUSI products and processes
 Self motivated, energetic with a positive attitude
 Professional image and demeanor with the ability to present oneself in a consultative, confident manner
 Demonstrated self initiative and drive to succeed
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Sales Management Applications

Knowledge of merchant services, electronic payment processing and the utility industry is a significant plus.


$40,000 to $55,000 plus performance bonus
