Customer Support Staff - West Memphis

Creates a positive impression of agency by demonstrating courtesy and professionalism when greeting clients and visitors. Answers multi-line telephone system, takes messages and obtains appropriate information. Completes and obtains all documents necessary for client care and office management. Accurately enters client data into computer systems. Manages outgoing and incoming correspondence and distributes accordingly. Keeps up with all office supplies and orders when necessary. Run/maintain required weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Provide financial counseling and inform clients of fee for services and responsibilities. Maintain credible schedule for daily appointments.

 

Job Requirements
