Paraprofessional Rehab Day Coordinator - Blytheville

Serves as the program leader by training, developing, and coaching program staff. Facilitates weekly staffings to review admissions and other clinical paperwork, review paperwork deadlines, communicate policy/procedure information/changes. Participates in a multidisciplinary treatment team. Ensures compliance with standards (CARF, Medicaid, company policies) for staffing/program productivity and paperwork. Ability to operate personal computer with familiarity with email and word processing.

Job Requirements
