Program Coordinator for Payroll Services - 16090C

Duties & Responsibilities:

    Process 9, 10 and 12 month payroll in a timely manner
    Monitor Termination Workflows
    Calculate and process Annual and Sick Leave payouts in accordance with state laws
    Process Career Service Bonuses
    Monitor and calculate additional compensation
    Monitor and track leave balances and remittance for employees on FMLA, Catastrophic Leave, Workers Compensation, and Leave of
    Monitor and assist employees with Time Tracking System
    Balance Comp and Leave from Time Tracking System and enter into Banner
    Other duties as assigned


Knowledge of the organization and administration of various higher education academic and social programs
Knowledge of campus and community resources
Knowledge of state, federal, and campus rules, regulations, and requirements related to campus academic and social programs

Ability to coordinate the activities of campus academic and/or social programs
Ability to evaluate collected information and formulate into recommendations
Ability to compile information into report form

General Days/Hours:

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours as requested and/or needed
Regular and reliable attendance

Working relationship with Human Resources Support Personnel; individual employees; departments, outside vendors, and bank officials

Job Requirements

The formal education equivalent of an earned Bachelor's Degree with a major in sociology, public
administration, or related field

Two (2) years of experience in program administration or related area

Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee
