Temporary Instructor 9 Mo of Mathematics and Statistics - F00304

Duties & Responsibilities:

    Teaching/Work load of the instructor is fifteen hours per semester
    Responsible for development and upkeep of on-line mathematics and statistics courses
    Uses digital technologies and software as they apply to pedagogy and the promotion of student learning and engagement
    Collaborates with faculty on projects that enhance student active learning in both the on-line and traditional environment
    Instructor work-load may also include professional development in the best interest of the students and community at large
    Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required or applicable to the position responsibilities and area of specialization including special abilities

General Days/Hours:

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours as requested and/or needed
Regular and reliable attendance

Job Requirements

An earned Master's Degree appropriate for the discipline (Mathematics or Statistics) and professional experience appropriate to the discipline is required
