The Residence Life Coordinator is a full-time, 12-month, live-in position and serves as one of the eight hall directors on the Residence Life team. The position is responsible for the overall management of a residence hall(s) in a large housing operation. Residence Life Coordinators will be responsible for the facilitation of student development through individual student interactions, building residence hall community, and implementing innovative programs and services that promote co-curricular engagement. Residence Life Coordinators supervise in-hall student staff members in multiple capacities
